Kep Province Cambodia _ On the morning of Wednesday, May 27, 2026, students from Don Bosco Technical School in Kep Province attended a seminar on “Taxpayers’ Rights and Obligations and Measures for the Use of Invoices,” organized by Ms. Phal Sori, Head of the Kep Provincial Tax Branch. The seminar aimed to promote understanding of tax laws and the proper use of invoices in accordance with government regulations.
During the event, the students listened to presentations about taxpayers’ rights, obligations to pay taxes, tax registration procedures, and the use of official invoices in business activities. In addition, there were presentations on the consequences and penalties for failing to comply with tax laws or for using improper invoices.
Participation in this seminar provided students with the opportunity to better understand citizens’ responsibilities related to Cambodia’s taxation system. This activity contributed to promoting education and improving financial and legal awareness among Cambodian youth.
