Kep Province, Cambodia _ On the afternoon of Tuesday, the 10th day of the waxing moon in the month of Jyeshtha, Year of the Monkey, Buddhist Era 2570, corresponding to May 26, 2026, under the leadership of Mr. Pok Ly Samnang, Director of the school, teachers and students warmly welcomed Her Excellency Dr. Ing Kantha Phavi, Minister of Women’s Affairs, who dedicated her valuable time to visit Don Bosco Technical School, Kep Province.
During this visit, Her Excellency was accompanied by Deputy Governor Ul Pirun, Ms. Kim Channy, Ms. Ou Sokunthy (Head of the Department of Women’s Affairs), as well as heads of the Tax Department, the Department of Electricity and Mines, and a working group of about 15 members. The purpose of the visit was to learn about the progress of vocational training and to encourage young people, especially female students, to strive in their studies and build a bright future. In addition, Her Excellency and her delegation also donated rice to Don Bosco Technical School, Kep Province.
The school expressed its deep gratitude to Her Excellency and the delegation for always dedicating their valuable time to meet, share experiences, and inspire. The school also praised the management team and teachers of Don Bosco Technical School for their tireless efforts in providing opportunities and practical skills training to young people from disadvantaged families.
