Teacher Sen Ra, Headmaster

Teacher Sen Ra is the headmaster of Don Bosco Kep. He is a Don Bosco past pupil from Sihanoukville where he finished media communication in 2010. He worked in the production of technical educative videos for a French NGO, until he decided to apply for the new project of Don Bosco in Kep Province, where is his native village. Going back to Kep Province with his wife, children and parents, teacher Sen Ra became the manager of the media communication department, while he finished his BA in information technology. Don Bosco Kep, since 2011 to 2024, has had five headmasters, all past pupils of Don Bosco Sihanoukville: 2011 (Teacher Si Pich), 2012-2015 (Teacher Heng Lay), 2016-2018 (Teacher Pov Tula), 2018-2019 (Teacher Try Seyha) and 2019 to present time, Teacher Sen Ra. Each one of them, with their working team, has left a contribution to the technical school, developing the TVET project and the PDO. From these former headmasters, two of them continue working for the Salesians in Cambodia: Teacher Pov Tula is the current Don Bosco Foundation of Cambodia’s PDO director, based in Don Bosco Sihanoukville and Teacher Try Seyha is the liaison official of DBFC based in Don Bosco Phnom Penh. Teacher Sen Ra has led the process of TVET and formation of teachers and students, to guarantee quality education and self sustainability of the educational project.
