Teachers and staffs of Don Bosco technical school kep province have a big meeting about mission, vision, goal and objective for develop our school. We are high attention to think good ideas for goals to come true. In the meeting we have five subjects for think: Mission, Vision, Swot analysis, Goal and Objective.
- Mission is a statement of why an organization exists, what its overall goal is, the goal of its operations.
- Vision is what you hope to be by doing your mission.
- Swot analysis is a framework for identifying and analyzing an organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
- Goal Your goals are tangible outcomes that will fulfill your mission.
- Objective could be to turnover, instill and uphold a positive corporate culture.
